Do I need to be a member to play?

While membership is not mandatory to play pickleball at Pickleball HQ, it gives players the best chance to get on the court and participate in all of our programs. Members receive a discounted rate on courts and 14 day advance booking.

How do I become a member?

You can join by visiting our membership page and following the instructions to sign up and pay the membership fee.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, members can bring guests for a fee. Guests must follow the same rules and dress code as members. Each player in the group must have a profile in CourtReserve and sign the Assumption of risk and waiver of liability agreement

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Bringing your own equipment is recommended for the best experience. However, we do offer equipment if needed.

How do I reserve a court?

Courts can be reserved through the CourtReserve app or our website. Members can book up to 14 days in advance, while non-members can book up to 4 days in advance.

Are there lessons available?

Yes, we offer lessons, clinics, and private coaching sessions for all skill levels. Check our calendar for more details.

Do you host tournaments and events?

Yes, we host tournaments and social events.

Is there a pro shop on-site?

Yes, our pro shop offers a variety of paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories. Members receive a discount on purchases.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds will be provided as club credit to your CourtReserve account, which has no expiration date. If you prefer a refund to the original payment method a 8% processing fee will apply. Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for membership purchases. Refunds are only available if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
